Communication & Notices

Email is our main source of communication. Information emails will be sent to parents &/or students, whichever you have on file. Please make sure your email address is current in the parent portal.

We do post some updates on our facebook page & Instagram account. Please make sure you follow us.

Classes

We schedule no less than 28 classes in our 38 week season. Participation at festival, pictures, dress rehearsal, stage practice all count towards the class count.

We will not be holding classes on major holidays and some school holidays. Season calendar will be posted.

If a class needs to be cancelled due to weather, road conditions or potentially an unwell instructor. Notice will be given at least 2 hours before the scheduled class that day. We take into consideration weather cancellation days in our season class count. Cancelled classes will be only made up for if class count needs to be met.

Class placements are determined by the director with the assistance of the instructor. We reserve the right to move a dancer if the current class is not the proper fit. It is our job as instructors to provide the entire class with challenging content.

Tuition & Payments

Sessional:
4 weeks = $100
6 weeks = $150.

Recreational & Competitive - Tuition is determined by the number of classes per week by dancer. Class will have a minimum of 28 - 30 instruction days throughout the season, this includes practices, rehearsals, picture day and even rehearsals at competition. Tuition fees are based on a set number of classes in season and do not correspond to the number of weeks in any month. Tuition is a seasonal cost. In which there are three options to pay.

1.Tuition can be be paid in one annual payment.

2. Semi-annually payments (Sept & Feb 1st).

3. Monthly payment. Credit card authorization form must be filled out.
Please Note; monthly tuition fees have late fees ($30) that automatically generate by our management system.

Attendance & Practicing

Commitment levels vary with which program enrolled in.
We would like to see regular attendance in all our programs.

Competitive Programs requires regular attendance for class. It is important for your dancers skill development.

We also understand that being unwell happens sometimes and important events may come up. If a class is missed, it is up to the dancer to get caught up before the next class. There will be no refunds given for missed classes.

Practicing is up to your dancer, it is their responsibility. Additionally, we also do not recommend our dancers to rely on a video to remember choreography. We encourage parents to help their dancers achieve the goals they set for themselves.
